Honestly, this feels like a full-circle moment for me. Before launching The Petal, I spent years planning large-scale event marketing campaigns for major corporations. Adding this service feels like a natural next step in our growth, bringing together my background in event management with my deep passion for florals and design just makes complete sense.

Phase 2: Design & Concept
This is the fun part, where your vision starts to take real shape.
- Design Meeting ā A dedicated session with your Event Designer to turn your ideas into a real, concrete design direction.
- Rendering ā Visual renderings so you can actually see your design before a single bloom is placed.
- Final Custom Design ā A finalized, cohesive design plan that flows through every detail of your day.
Phase 3: Production & Execution
Where everything comes together, literally in bloom.
- Floral Meeting ā Time with our Floral Team to bring your design to life.
- Proposal with Style Board ā A detailed floral proposal paired with a beautiful visual style board.
- Mockup of 2 Table Designs ā A hands-on preview of your centerpieces before the big day, because you deserve to see it before you believe it.
- Fabrication Management & Sourcing of Custom Elements ā We handle the building and sourcing of any custom design pieces, so you don't have to think about it twice.
- Onsite Installation, Setup, and Strike ā Full execution on the day, and full breakdown after, so you can just be present and soak it all in.
